Do I pay anything before I see my website?
No. If we built a website for your business, you can look through the finished preview before you pay us anything.
Why would you build my website before I agreed to buy it?
Because we think you should see what you're buying before you pay for it. We do the work up front. You look at the finished website and decide. If you want it, it's $399. If you don't, you owe us nothing.
What if something on the website is wrong?
Tell us. We build the preview using publicly available information about your business. If we got something wrong, we'll correct it before the site goes live.
Can I make changes to the website?
Absolutely. If we've got a fact wrong, tell us. And if you decide to buy the website, we'll make changes to make sure it suits your business before it goes live. Major redesigns or entirely new functionality would be a different project.
Do I own the website?
Yes. Pay the $399 and the website is yours.
What about my domain?
Your domain belongs to you. If you already have one, we'll connect it. If you need one, we'll help get it set up.
What does the $49/month cover?
We host the website, maintain it, keep it working and handle routine changes such as hours, phone numbers, photos and normal service updates.
Do I have to learn how to update the website?
